The Hemlock Collar is a basic collar design with some major personality. Color combos and patterns abound - and per usual, if you see one you like, snag it because it probably wont be the same again. Each scrappy collar is made with scrap fabric sewn around 1" webbing, with a multicolored clip / triglide combo and D ring.
